Samy’s New Role as a Teaching Assistant

After completing a one-year supported internship programme with DFN Project SEARCH Greenwich and Brighter Futures, Samy has begun a part-time role as a teaching assistant with a dance organisation, supporting children with complex needs.

This opportunity highlights what is possible when we focus on ability and create open doors to inclusion. At Dare to Hope, we believe that meaningful work should be accessible to everyone. Samy’s journey is a powerful reminder that with the right support, people with learning disabilities can thrive in the workplace.
